Tuition Information

Harvest Montessori offers families the option of paying the annual tuition in ten equal payments, listed in the tuition schedule. A deposit of $75 is due upon application. This fee will be applied to your first months tuition, upon enrollment. An annual student fee, used for materials, is due upon enrollment. (This fee differs between classes and is listed on application forms.) For Nido and Toddler communities a one-time, non-refundable cloth diaper/training pant fee of $200 or $125 respectively is also due upon enrollment.

Families with more than one child enrolled in the same school year receive a 10% discount for the second child.

We offer the option of paying through an online banking system.

Summer Program
We are operating as a year-round school, providing families with the option of 10 or 12 month enrollment. 
The Summer Semester runs through July and August. Fees will be based on current tuition rates.

Open Montessori Initiative

Open Montessori Initiative (OMI), founded in June 2007, was conceived and created to make Montessori education 

more accessible to a broader spectrum of children and their families. OMI offers need based scholarships throughout North America.

School & Student Services, by NAIS

SSS is a third party organization, used by individual families requiring financial assistance.  On a family's behalf, SSS report financial 

assistance qualifications to Harvest Montessori.


Childcare and Parent Services (CAPS) - Department of Human Services

The Childcare and Parent Services (CAPS) program is designed to help low income families afford safe quality childcare. 

We now accept 

CAPS funds toward our tuition.  If your child is between 6 weeks to 4 years old and your family is eligible 

for the CAPS program contact us 

to find out how your tuition will be significantly discounted.

The client is responsible for any charges (or discounted charges) that are more than the amount the Department of Human Services will pay.  The Department of Human 

Services does not pay 

for t

ransportation fees, book or extracurricular fees such as field trips or meals (not all inclusive) that may be charged over the provider’s rates.
